Expanding Affordable Housing Access
The Gillis Ridge Subdivision will consist of seven .25-acre home sites and include a right of way of .47 acres, as well as storm water facilities of .27 acres for a combined total of 2.54 acres.
Each newly constructed home will be a single family detached structure; there will be a mixture of three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes.
