The 2022 MLK Day of Service program was a huge success! We are honored to be the recipient of funding from State Farm and Habitat for Humanity for disaster recovery projects that engage youth and grateful for State Farm’s continued support of Habitat youth engagement efforts. We loved seeing everyone come together during the MLK Day of Service program, where students from Marianna High School’s Anchor Club and the Chipola College Workforce programs worked together with community members at the Chipola Street Development.
At Chipola Habitat, we spend a lot of time thanking people. This is because there are so many wonderful, generous people in our community worthy of praise. Today, we’re expressing our gratitude to all the volunteers who showed up in freezing temperatures to give freely and help build homes for our neighbors. You are all points of light in our community and we are so grateful for your support!

Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity is grateful to be the recipient of a generous donation from the employees of First Federal Bank! The funds donated were collected through the First Federal Way program, which allows bank employees to donate their own money. First Federal Bank matches these donations dollar-for-dollar. We are so thankful for the generous support of First Federal Bank employees, and we appreciate their commitment to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to families in our community!
