Chipley Heights

Chipley Heights has partnered with the City of Chipley to build nine homes in the Chipley Heights neighborhood. The homes are built above code to Energy Star and Fortified certification to ensure long-term affordability for homebuyers. Using Habitat's model of volunteer labor, donations, and homebuyer involvement, these homes empower local families and promote community revitalization. Other partners in Chipley Heights include Auburn University Rural Studio for subdivision and house design, as well as local partners such as FPL, Chipley Beef's, and Shiloh Baptist Church.
