In accordance with the Fair Housing Act, Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity does not discriminate against any person in the sale, rental, advertising or financing of housing on the basis of race, sex, color, age, handicap, religion, family status, national origin, source of income, or exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
