Habitat is busy building

Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity builds and rehabilitates homes in order to provide affordable housing in partnership with hard-working, local families. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes and pay an affordable mortgage.

Habitat homes are not just affordable; they’re also energy-efficient, and create permanent housing solutions for families across our community.

Meaningful partnerships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers help us achieve our mission. Habitat’s award-winning design and energy-efficient building practices make our homes a sustainable investment, and by adding affordable homes to local housing stock, we’re increasing the rate of ownership in neighborhoods while creating stability for residents.
